We produce high-end separations using our Crosfield drum scanner and Epson Expression 10000 XL flatbed scanner.

We provide high-quality electronic scans of both line and halftone work. For existing art that includes type, our high-resolution scanning capability results in typeset-quality reproduction. Halftones appear sharp and crisp with excellent contrast.

We achieve superb results with our process for scanning four-color slides, transparencies, and negatives and converting them to black-and-white.

Our Hasselblad H1 body, in conjunction with the Hasselblad Ixpress 384c digital back, provides extremely high-resolution reproductions of all art, including art that is oversized and/or fragile. This state-of-the-art equipment also allows us to photograph three-dimensional objects. We provide location as well as studio photoshoots.

Utilizing workstation-level Macs, our highly skilled crew produces any effect you request to change or enhance color or black-and-white illustrations and photographs, including descreening, rescreening, and colorizing preprinted art and halftones.

We create these images to your specifications using the latest image-processing software.

We curve all art to meet the requirements of the specific printer, press, and paper. Each project is handled individually to ensure consistent and reliable results on press every time.

We supply you with contract-quality proofs of four-color and black-and-white art using our Kodak Approval XP and Epson proofers, both of which proof Pantone colors. We also produce metallic colors at your request.

We specialize in preflight and preparation of final files. Our experienced prepress professionals create printer-ready and problem-free files, as well as jacket and component prep.
